Mixed Use Building: Commercial Spaces & Student Housing


444 Highland is a 13 story building that sits right on the corner of Highland Ave and Boulevard. It was the home of Georgia Baptist College of Nursing in the 60s. Nazar Properties, LLC took it over about three years ago and has since converted it to commercial spaces and student housing. Here’s a look at the different views of the Atlanta skyline from the 444 Highland rooftop.
