I am attempting to run my second marathon this year on Sunday, October 27 at 7:00 a.m.
I’ll be following a five month marathon training schedule. I’m shooting to finish at about four hours and some change. I’m going to heavily incorporate weightlifting as well. I can hike and run forever, but I can even so ONE standard push-up. How pathetic…
